Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns or exchanges for any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days from the online purchase date. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the item at info@dianaoconnordesigns.com. We will provide you with return instructions. All orders must be shipped back insured, for your own protection. Upon return we will contact you with exchange information or a refund. Shipping and handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items purchased on markdown (including coupon code discounts) are considered FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange. We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for returns or exchanges processing if they qualify. Purchases made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange.
Diana O’Connor Designs offers custom designs. Please email through our contact page for inquiries. We require full payment for custom items under $300 and a 50% down payment for the start of the project and the second half once completed. If the project falls through after down payment is made and work has been started then a 50% fee will be taken from the down payment for materials costs and time lost.
